Black Cohosh Root

Black cohosh is a phytoestrogenic plant known to help raise estrogen levels and suppress fluctuations resulting in hot flashes and night sweats. Studies show black cohosh to be an effective remedy to help soothe hot flashes.1
Red Clover
- Red clover contains phytoestrogens and may help combat bone loss, as estrogen plays a prominent role in bone health. A recent study shows that red clover influences estradiol concentration, exercise performance, and gut microbiota.2
- Due to its phytoestrogen isoflavonoid levels, red clover is a possible alternative or addition to hormone replacement therapy. It helps relieve many menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes and night sweats.
