Shipping policy

• We ship all orders from our Chattanooga, TN fulfillment center.
• We typically process your order by the next business day. If you don’t receive your order within 10 business days, please email:  cs@nicolesapothecary.com
• Domestic delivery usually takes 3-6 business days, but this timing is controlled by the carriers -- DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We cannot control or influence their performance once your order leaves our fulfillment center. If you want to track shipments, or contact the carrier identified in your order, please do so directly, as you are the recipient of the package from them. We do not provide shipment or tracking services once the order leaves our fulfillment center as tracking information is sent to you via email when your order is shipped. Please NOTE: Depending on the size of your order, DHL, FedEx and UPS will often "hand off" your package to the USPS for the last leg of the at-home delivery. In these instances, DHL, FedEx and UPS will provide a second USPS tracking number in their tracking information for that exchange.
  
• We currently ship to the USA only.
• Orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only (Mon – Fri, excluding Holidays). As such, no order processing on weekends.
  
• Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
• USPS does not deliver on Sundays or Federal Holidays.

International Orders:

• We do not ship internationally.
• If one attempts to ship to themselves internationally from a U.S.-based address, it is at your own expense and risk. As such, we do not pay for international duties, customs clearance, brokerage fees or any taxes. The customer is 100% responsible for any such charges. Customs, and all costs and risks involved in delivering goods from the seller’s fulfillment center to their ultimate international destination, are the buyer’s responsibility.
