Refund policy

  • Please note that we cannot process returns or provide refunds on Apothecary orders once physically released from our Tennessee fulfillment center. This is largely driven by FDA requirements for shipment of items for human consumption in interstate e-commerce trade. Thank you for understanding!
  • Please report damaged goods immediately, and save the original packaging in the event that a claim is filed. Please take photos of the damaged box and damaged products and please email cs@nicolesapothecary.com w/ photos, your address, and order number if you have it for a replacement of any damaged goods. We will ONLY replace clearly damaged items in your order at our complete expense. We will not provide refunds -- just product replacement. We will not replace non-damaged items in your order.
