Cancellation policy

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you selected.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

Please Note: Subscriptions must be managed by the customer, our staff does not make changes to subscription orders.

You can cancel, pause or skip your subscription up to 24 hours before the recurring charge day. Changes requested outside of this window will be applied on your next subscription order date.

For all changes, including orders, products, payment method, or delivery address, you can make them at any time by logging into your customer account or here. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order and can also manage your subscription from there.
